Low Temperature Shell and Tube Flooded Type Evaporator

1. Flooded evaporators are the efficient heat exchanger developed in the air-conditioning and refrigeration industries.


2. There are many pin-shaped small holes on the surface of the heat exchange tube, and there are spiral protrusions on the inner surface of the tube to strengthen the heat transfer on the secondary refrigerant side. This high-efficiency heat transfer tube that simultaneously enhances boiling outside the tube and heat transfer inside the tube increases its heat transfer coefficient by about 3 to 5 times compared to the smooth tube.

2. The tube side is designed as 3 systems, increasing the flow rate of refrigerant to improve the heat transfer efficiency.

4. High performance self-made ASME heat exchanger evaporator from raw material metal sheet, strict quality control and pretty competitive price.

5. X-ray Leakage test, Water Bath Leakage Test, N2 Pressure Test with third party certification for each heat exchanger before shipment.


6. All associated parts including covers, tube sheet, eliminator, flanges, sensor wells, are all made within the production line.
