Using the cold-bridge type aluminum alloy frame, and the frame is made of built-in material for heat insulation. The surface of the aluminum profile is anodized, and it can be coated with anti-corrosion coating to make it look beautiful and corrosion resistant. The air valve is an aluminum alloy air valve with a built-in sealing strip for manual or electric operation. The overall structure is modular in design for easy field connection and component assembly.

The standard thickness of the panel is 25mm, 50mm or 70mm. The double-panel structure is adopted, and the inner and outer plates can be selected from galvanized plates, slush plates, color plates, stainless steel plates, and so on. The interlayer is a high-pressure perfusion polyurethane foam insulation material, which enables the unit to have better performance in terms of heat preservation, strength, rigidity, cleanliness and sound insulation and sealed with moisture-proof material at the gap between the panel and the frame to prevent air leakage and energy efficiency loss.
