From Rooftop to Radiators: Smart Heating for 60,000 m² 2025-11-25

Project Overview

Project Name: Community Central Heating Project
Building Area: 60,000 m²
Heating Method: Air Source Heat Pump
This project focuses on providing sustainable and efficient heating for a large residential community by adopting advanced dual-system low ambient air source heat pump units.
Project Requirements & Design
To ensure reliable heating performance in cold climates, the project utilizes screw-type low ambient air source heat pump units. Each unit is equipped with two screw compressors, operating in a dual-system dual-circuit design to enhance safety and redundancy.

The system allows outlet water temperature adjustment between 30℃ and 55℃, providing flexibility according to seasonal heating demands. With its split structure design, the compressor and condenser are installed indoors, while the air-cooled fins are placed on the rooftop, reducing outdoor noise and optimizing building integration.
System Configuration
• Dual-System Heat Pump Units with screw compressors
• Split Design: indoor compressors & condensers, rooftop air-cooled fins
• PLC Intelligent Control with remote cloud-based monitoring
• EC Fans ensuring energy savings and low noise
