This is a central air-conditioning project for the Industrial bank commercial building. The office has a total air-conditioning area of 8,000 square meters and other supporting areas of 2000 square meters.

This project has selected two units of 150RT high-efficiency energy-saving magnetic  oil-free centrifugal chiller with dual compressor system and 3 units of VFD centrifugal water pumps (1 standby), and 2 centrifugal VFD cooling pumps (1 standby), and 2 sets of square cross-flow cooling tower.

1. Adopt magnetic oil free centrifugal chiller, the COP is upto 9.7, the unit saves more than 50% of energy, the compressor is designed for 30+ years service life, oil-free lubrication is efficient and reliable, 2A ultra-low starting current, full load noise 72dBA, basically no vibration;

2. Due to the 100% oil-free design, there is no lubricating oil in the refrigeration system, and the surface of the heat exchanger will not form an oil film that hinders heat transfer, thereby providing the evaporation temperature in the evaporator and reducing the condensation temperature in the condenser. The efficiency of the refrigeration unit has been greatly improved; there is no lubricant, no power consumption of the oil pump, no energy consumed by the heating of the lubricant, and no refrigeration capacity consumed by the cooling of the lubricant, the efficiency of the unit has been greatly improved.
